By registering an account or using the platform, you agree to comply with and be legally bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
You must be at least 13 years old (or older if required by your jurisdiction) to use our services. By using the platform, you represent that you meet this age requirement.
To access certain features, you may be required to create an account. You agree to provide accurate information and keep your credentials confidential. You are responsible for all activity under your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for inactivity or violations of these Terms.
You agree not to:
Use the platform for unlawful, harmful, or abusive purposes.
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts or data.
Engage in behavior that disrupts or degrades the platform experience for others.
Upload or share content that infringes intellectual property rights, is defamatory, or obscene.
Use automated systems, bots, or scraping tools without permission.
All content, branding, and code on the platform are the property of Karnyx or its licensors, unless otherwise stated. Certain artwork, characters, and related assets displayed on the platform originate from Dice Throne and are © Dice Throne and Roxley Games. Such content is used with permission and remains the exclusive property of its respective owners. Nothing in these Terms grants ownership of Dice Throne content to Karnyx.
The platform is provided "as-is" and "as available." We make no warranties regarding uninterrupted service, accuracy of content, or fitness for a particular purpose.
Karnyx is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, interruptions in service, or unauthorized access to your account.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Karnyx, its affiliates, officers, and employees from any claims, damages, or losses arising out of your use of the platform, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any rights.
We may suspend or terminate your account at our discretion, especially in cases of rule violations, abuse, or illegal activity. Upon termination, your access to the platform and your content may be revoked.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. We recommend reviewing these Terms periodically.
Please refer to our Privacy Policy for details on how we collect, use, and store your data. By using the platform, you consent to the practices described therein.
The platform may integrate or link with third-party services. We are not responsible for any content, privacy policies, or practices of third-party providers.
The platform provides two separate tournament-related features. One feature is an internal tournament system hosted and managed entirely by this application. The second feature is an integration with Challonge, where tournaments are hosted and managed by Challonge and the application acts as a visualization and orchestration layer using the official Challonge API.
For Challonge-integrated tournaments, users explicitly authorize the application via OAuth to manage their tournaments on their behalf, including starting the tournament, submitting match results, and completing the tournament. All bracket generation, match creation, and tournament state remain controlled by Challonge.
Tournament and match data retrieved via the Challonge API is associated with the user’s tournament within the application and stored solely to provide visualization, analytics, and additional features that are not part of Challonge. Tournament visibility within the application is determined by user-configured settings, while all tournaments remain fully hosted and controlled by Challonge.
The application does not import, convert, re-host, resell, or publicly redistribute Challonge data. Any additional data created in the application, such as hero picks, bans, or analytics, is stored separately and displayed only in connection with the authorized Challonge tournament.
This application is not affiliated with or endorsed by Challonge. Challonge is a trademark of its respective owner.
These Terms are governed by the laws of your jurisdiction. Any disputes will be resolved in the applicable courts. You may also be required to resolve disputes through binding arbitration where allowed.
